The user acknowledges having the skills and means to access and use the Website. The user certifies having read and agreed to the legal notice and the terms of service and undertakes to respect it. QWANT reserves the right to unilaterally modify these terms of service to adapt to the future developments of the site and/or its operation.

QWANT will endeavor to ensure the accuracy of the information updated in real time on the Website. Use of the QWANT MUSIC service – pilot version
The User acknowledges being informed that all the texts, images, photographs, visual, graphical interfaces, trademarks, logos, sounds, musical excerpts and illustrations are subject to specific intellectual property rights and undertakes to comply with it. Qwant cannot be held responsible for any harm, damage, loss, injury, claim, action for infringement and unfair competition under the use of the Service Qwant Music. It is the same for any hyperlinks malfunction, virus, contamination, piracy or temporary interruption of service.
Qwant reserves the right to edit, delete or add their choice on the Platform available to the User.
When downloading a song, album or any musical element, the User agrees to comply with the Terms of the iTunes Store Terms of Service to which he will be directed. These conditions will apply to all purchases, request refunds or complaints.
The user is also informed that Apple and iTunes logos are trademarks of the Apple company.
More generally, the Platform Qwant Music may contain links directing the user to third party sites independent from Qwant search engine. This last is in no way responsible for the content of those sites.
The User expressly undertakes to use the Qwant Music Service only in a family and personal setting, excluding any public dissemination and commercial exploitation. Qwant informs the User of the implementation of all technical security measures and protections required under the use of the Service. The User agrees not to attempt to circumvent, copy, divert, scan or test the vulnerability and for any reason whatsoever. Qwant responsibility will in no way be under any unauthorized use of the Service, fraudulent use or attempt to interfere with technological protection measures.

Cookies and tracking tools
The user acknowledges having being informed that QWANT do not use any cookie or tracking tool (pixel, fingerprinting) while browsing on the Website. The only technology likely to be set up on the user’s computer is called “local storage”. It is used for saving the connection settings (language, activation or deactivation of Trends, Safesearch and Favicon) only for the duration of the browser session. The user acknowledges having being informed that it is possible to remove the “local storage” data by deactivating the cookies via the browser toolbar. The user also acknowledges that this deactivation could restrain the access to the Website’s features.
